John is Senior Pastor of Lowe's Grove Baptist Church in Durham, NC where he has been serving since 2025. Prior to Lowe's Grove he served as senior pastor of Lawrenceville Baptist Chapel in Lawrenceville, NY and as associate pastor of youth and education at Open Door Baptist Church in Walhalla,SC. He has also served on staff at Camp McCall in Sunset, SC and as Program Director at Camp Mandaville in NY. He has a passion to see dying churches revitalized for the glory of God and believes his calling in life is to help bring those dying churches back to new life. If God can bring a sinner from death to new life, He can do it for His church as well.
